Syracuse University's School of Design was honored to participate in the designing process of the United Nations World Expo 2020 in Dubai. This project was cross-disciplinary, working with three different majors to design a museum space that encompassed the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations. Through an interactive process, we achieved the goal of Unity through a 3-part space and interactive exhibits.

After completing the project, the SoD visited the UN Headquarters in New York City to present their work. They received astounding feedback from the United Nations design team. (See here)

Emily was honored to be the representative for her major, Environmental + Interior Design, to introduce their participation of work at the UN meeting.
